We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage Student and Trainer accounts and applications.
• Verify identity where required (e.g. using CNIC for enrollment eligibility).
• Generate invoices, PSIDs, and process and confirm security deposit or fee payments.
• Communicate with you about your application, enrollment, training schedule, or payment status.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or program-reporting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Payment processing: When you choose to pay a security deposit or fee, relevant invoice details (such as PSID and amount) are shared with Blinq, a third-party payment gateway, solely to process your payment. Blinq's own privacy policy governs how it handles information you enter on its platform.
• Within Alkhidmat Foundation: Authorized Bano Qabil staff (e.g. admissions, finance, training center staff) access relevant student/trainer information as needed to run the program.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business changes: If the Bano Qabil program's systems are transferred as part of a reorganization, the information described here may be transferred as part of that process, subject to this policy or a successor policy.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The App may request the following device permissions. You can decline or later revoke these permissions from your device settings, though some features may not work correctly without them.

• Camera / Photos: used only when you choose to take or upload a profile photo or supporting document.
• Location: used only where relevant App features rely on it (e.g. locating a nearby training center).

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy — including maintaining program and financial records — and as required by applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

Depending on your relationship with the Bano Qabil program, you may be able to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal, financial, or program-record-keeping requirements.
• Withdraw previously granted permissions (e.g. camera, location) via your device settings.

The App is intended for use by individuals who meet the Bano Qabil program's eligibility criteria for students and trainers. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
